Meet Steve Bailey, a highly effective relationship builder, known for his ability to connect with people from all walks of life. He is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in the sports travel industry.

Prior to joining Team IP, Steve spent five years at the Junior Volleyball Association (JVA), where he served as the Director of Events. In this role, he was responsible for planning and executing all the JVA's national and regional events, as well as managing a team of event staff. He also spent two years at Netlynx, serving as the Director of Events & Business Development.

Steve is passionate about the sports travel industry and is excited to join Team IP to help the company continue its growth. He enjoys meeting and fostering relationships, and he believes that the core of life and business are people. He is also a strong believer in customer service, and he is committed to providing Team IP's clients with the best possible experience.
